I wanted to report an exceptional service from your employee, Jeff Brown. We had been in contact with UPS to intercept a package for a wedding on July15. We visited the Lenexa location as tracking showed the delivery would be at this location July 13th. Jeff assisted us, called us many times tracking this package as he truly knew how much this meant to us. He even called before he left his shift on July 13th to let us know it arrived at the Olathe location and notified them. We were able to claim at 8 am, July 14th! He truly went above and beyond for customer service. I cannot thank him enough and express how his kindness does not go unnoticed Thank you Jeff

Independent CDL truck driver, delivered a Refeer load on Sunday, scheduled appointment. advised to drop trailer, load would be off loaded, next day by noon. If you're the same... None company driver, with a follow on load already dispatched, is a shot to your soul. Actually a shot load then a long haul on Monday was already dispatched. Long story short... Called at 11:15. advised that my previous information was a lie, and that I was to be unloaded at 6pm. If you're considering taking load to this location... Please take care and make sure that the broker pays for all mishaps,. Broker, called every 2 hours, then after reporting 15 minutes away, they completely stopped communication, texts, call, and emails Bee Mac Logistics

Ups claimed my package was delivered at my front door. I have proof that it was not and I can not get ahold of a representative or even file a claim online. Ups should be embarrassed over their lack of customer service. Delivery said left at front door at noon. Again I have proof this was not the case and it was a $700 package for a contact lens script. Ups owes me $700

They're a terribly inefficient and ineffective delivery company. I paid for next day shipping. I watched the truck drive all around my neighborhood on delivery day without delivering mine, then return to the distribution center. The same thing the next day. They're incompetent, incapable, and irresponsible. The delivery driver used the excuse of "extreme weather" to justify the delay, despite delivering all around my house, including my street.

There are still a lot of people that are home. They deliver until all the packages are either delivered or they've had an attempt to deliver. Even if it's late. Would you open the door at 9pm?

Not for drop offs for pickups
Call the UPS office in Lenexa K's. Use the tracking number on the box and they will investigate. All so contact the shipper to notify them of the problem.

I think ban is right but there's only a couple dollars difference between taking it to it one of the drop off stores versus taking it out there the folks at the UPS center are rude and not very helpful

Yes but the people that work there are real jerks you're better off going to one of the stores it's a little bit more expensive but well worth it

If your twilight its tues 1630, wed is 1645, thu n fri is 1700. Night sort is 2300 all week.
