Rosehill Pointe apartments are a wonderful choice and I would highly recommend. There are many apartment complexes in this area but the experience we had was great. We toured on a Saturday, and Mackenzie the leasing agent was absolutely wonderful. She was kind enough to show us not just one but 2 units. Thoroughly explained what additional fees we would incur and any next steps. Landscaping is on point, cute dog park, and there are two swimming pools. I'll also note that the residents seem happy to be there. Thank you Mackenzie for giving us a great experience, and leaving such a remarkable impression in your work.

**READ ME FIRST** Only rated high so more people would see. Honestly, liked place first couple months then office lost lease and documentation of pictures for first official walk through at 3rd month. Then tried to raise my rent. Blamed new computer system and new management. Lucky, I had lease so rates didn't go up. Couldn't trust word after that. I recorded everything when I talk to office for 2 years. Long story short. Again, after getting the run-a-round i recorded off phone. I requested manager (Megan) be there the day of for final walk through for the day of move out. She complied and would be there. She wasn't there . I have documentation of every conversation and dates. If they would've been up front with me about the real issues I would've been more realistic about situation. Although, when you lie to me, I'm on guard. Which I shouldn't feel like that when I talk to owner/employees. I was constantly talking to office or maintenance reguarding appliances going out, water coming into house or random price going up for service request. Request of maintenance in apartment is free not matter what. States this in lease upon final agreement. It all discourages me to stay here. Record what they say. It sounds crazy but will screw you first chance they get. Hope they see this so they can improve there staff and assistant managers/new management. Apartment was better than I left it and still charged me twice for carpet cleaning and damages. Even though carpet cleaning was added to my last rents payment automatically until i asked why it raised $200. They won't send you check like they say to your new address. I'm don't with this scheme.

Moved in from out-of-state during COVID. Hannah made my move super easy. Almost everything was completed online. Excellent communication with call, text, email and mobile resident app ActiveBuilding. Through the mobile resident app you can pay your rent, submit service requests & post in the community wall - something I really enjoyed. Pricing is perfect for the area, amenities, support, apartment condition, etc. Although not all units have washer & dryer, there are several laundry centers on-site. They operate with a dedicated mobile app so no need to bother with coins. These apartments are near Blackdog Coffee house & Ibis Bakery so you get some awesome aromas walking around the neighborhood. For the most part it's a quiet neighborhood. Move out was a smooth process. If you're look in the Lenexa, Olathe, Overland Park area, check out Rosehill Pointe.

I've been living here for about two months, and I've enjoyed my time. This is my first apartment, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I haven't had any problems! The maintenance is prompt, and overall the complex is clean. I've never had any trouble with noise or anything. For the price, I think this is a solid place. Parking and lighting of the parking lots are my only issues. It'd be cool to get some more lights for at night. I'll be sure to update my review towards the end of my lease if anything changes!
