If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute mess. When I first moved in the district manager did my paperwork wrong and I ended up having to pay more money than originally discussed. My a/c went out for a whole week in 100 degree weather and they did not care look them multiple times of coming in my apartment to finally fix it. Not to mention there was mold on the apartment when we moved in. As well as the washer and dryer NEVER working. I’ve only been here a couple months and have already have several issues.

Best apartment I’ve ever lived at. Grounds are always well maintained. Kayla & Maruja are the best. Maintenance is very responsive.

This is a wonderful community to live, as it is safe and kept up so well. Kayla, Maruja & Pablo are always willing to help. Absolutely the best community in Lenexa.

The Apartments are nice for the price and they are quick to resolve issues but the convenience fee they charge for paying rent with a cc is trash. Its not just convenient for me its also convenient for them.
