The office was busy and yet they made sure we were being taken care of and always checked in with us. We were all pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff that assisted us. Closest optometrist near me. Great doctor but the staff is not it. Ordered contacts through my insurance and it’s been almost a month and a half to order a 6 month supply. They have not updated me at all. I’ve called week after week without giving me an updates besides “it’s ordered we’re still waiting”. Has never updated me on their end. Always me calling and they have never offered any solutions or apologized. You’re better at getting the test here and ordering off a mass market chain like Walmart or Walgreens.

I just purchased the most awesome pair of christian dior sunglasses, This optometry shop was highly recommended to me by my colleague at work. The office is VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. I was helped by Lupe who zeroed in on exactly what I wanted. The selection is beyond what i would have expected at a local optometry office. Their lab guy Tim was able to make my new shades for me in just a few hours. I am so happy I found this place. Thank you to Ofelia too who helped me with my insurance plan and explained all details to me so I could understand my benefits. My husband made an appointment too!!
