I arrived in the morning at 7:20, I didn’t let me into the territory right away, I had to wait in the street parking lot, you can stay in the parking lot for the night, they unloaded it quickly.

9:30am appointment, checked in 8:45am. 9:05 got a door, got another call 09:30 to open doors, 10:40 got the paperwork. Nice experience

Don’t have one bad thing to say about this place. I had a short load from southern Iowa to us foods and I got held up and the shipper in Iowa until 8am, but delivery appointment was 9am in Topeka and I had a 3 hour drive yet to make, I immediately called the receiving office and explained the situation to them. They told me if I could show up by 11pm or shortly thereafter they’d receive me. I stayed in constant communication with them and they held true to their word. They put me right in a door upon arrival and had me unloaded and paperwork in my hands within 2 hours of arrival. Most places can’t even do that when you’re on time, let alone late for a delivery. The staff was more than friendly and the facility was clean, plenty of room for trucks and very well taken care of. I’d go back anytime. Thanks for the prompt service and professional service. The trucking industry needs more places like this. Thank you!

Took over an hour and half to get to a door. Unload time was fast. See the picture for the rules and the phone number to call to get checked in. They handed me the rules sheet after I got my Bill's signed. Capstone lumpers so you know it's going to be high cost and very rough unloading. Dragging their forks on the trailer while driving in to get a pallet. They assigned you a door but you have to wait for the previous driver to get out before you can park.
