I’ve been part of the sunrise church family my entire life. I’ve come and gone over the 20+ years and although I always enjoyed it, I never felt connected to God the way that I do now with Pastor Steve. He really breaks the word down into real life scenarios and is so extremely dynamic that he captures and keeps my attention. He preaches directly from the Bible but it’s not mundane and boring like I’ve experienced years ago. The new approach has moved me and has lit the fire in me to really want a relationship with Christ like I’ve never had before. I’ve always loved this church for the community and the campus is super nice but having pastor Steve as the new lead pastor has really transformed the congregation. There are a ton of wonderful classes and counselors so I really recommend getting connected in a small group. The sermons are a huge part of my learning but the groups and classes are where the deep discussions can happen that so many of us need. Since his leadership, there’s also been a much better online presence which has been perfect because I can attend virtually all the way here in Dallas, TX. Excellent church, well staffed, bible teaching, friendly people, family oriented. I miss Pastor Jay but Pastor Steve has excellent messages as well. If you don't already have a home church I highly recommend giving Sunrise a try.

I attended a evening service last year. I was kind of new to the area and was searching for a church close to home. After the service they had a welcoming area set up in the back of the church. So I approached to ask about classes and stuff. But when I approached the table I was ignored ( I was right in front of them) and "I" finally greeted them. But when I asked about classes they looked at me like I was asking for money. I've never experienced that 🤔 anyway they gave me a welcoming gift bag because I asked for it as well. It was greatly appreciated but was quite a odd experience in regards to the interaction. But I could say that the word of God preached was a blessing as always. AMEN

If your interested for the first time in attending Church or your in need of a new home Church .. Stop in and you will instantly feel at home .. You are welcomed with smiling faces but never badgered .. Encouraged but never shamed. Sunrise has something for everyone and if you come in you will know your home just the same as me and my family of 8 knew instantly when we walked through those doors with blind eyes several years ago.

Sunrise church is having a Good Friday service, starting at 7:00 pm.
Saturday church service is at 6:30 pm. Sunday morning church service is at 09:00 am and 11:00 am. And Sunday evening at 6:30 pm

Yes, we have "Connect Groups",for English and Spanish along with Kid's Ministry and Students Ministry activities on Wednesday nights.
