This place is the worse donation outfit in the industry. I've donated a few times over my life but I have never had such a horrible experience as I did at this place. People were fainting and throwing up, probably due to the vacume type blood draw machines they use. It then hyper injects ur red cells back causing dizziness and nausea. On top of that they took multiple samples and claimed no record was entered. And when I asked why so many samples were needed they gave the run around, but then basically said it was probably due to their lab just visually looking at it and probably just threw them away forcing me to give another in order to continue donating, but never explaining why so many were taken and not used. The horror is not worth their industry low payment. Other centers pay more and treat you better.

Mandy is very rude and the wait time here is insane. Go check out the other plasma donation place in fontana, they’ll probably be more professional and you won’t have to waste your whole day there

I LOVE the BioLife in Rialto! My experience with that site was great. Staff is wonderful and FRIENDLY!!! Manager Jake was very helpful! I appreciated the staffs attention to Covid restrictions and their attention to cleaning up after each client. The below mentioned was my experience while I was a BioLife Donor for 10+ months. If you are a new donor, here's what you need to know. 1. Bring the required documentation to your first appointment: SS card, ID/DL, and a piece of mail as proof of residence. 2. Expect to be at BioLife for 3 hours. That is because you will go through a physical health review, vein check, vitals check, blood sample and finally a plasmapheresis donation. ADD to the fact that you are waiting for other new donors in the process too. I suggest you make sure your phone is fully charged to keep you occupied. 3. After each donation, payment is immediately issued onto a debit card. The debit card will be given to you on your first visit during intake. It can be used as a debit card for purchases or you can take it to the bank and withdraw money. Read the fee schedule for the card. The only place it never worked for me was to buy gas at Costco or Sam's. 4. Just my personal opinion, but my favorite people to do my "stick" were/are Luis, Stephanie, Mario, and Melissa. They are all amazing staff but these were the staff members that understood my sideways temper-mental veins. 5. Do yourself the favor of referring the place to your interested friends and family, make that referral $$. YOU have to have completed 2 donations before the referred person can donate, otherwise you won't get paid. 6. Bring a jacket. The saline they give you at the end of your donation makes you cold. As of 3/8/22 it's $900 for 8 donations (payments are broken up into varying amounts). Once you complete the new donor coupon, you can continue to be a donor and get paid $120 a week ($20 & $100). If you miss donations, you get paid less until you are consistently donating again. I was a consistent donor, so I don't know what the pay schedule is, but I do know it exists. You can find that information on the announcement board on the wall to the right; announcement makes mention of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum donors. Yes, it is true $20 for the first visit and $100 for the second. Quite simply, BioLife must have TWO bottles of your plasma for their purposes. So, the "incentive" is to pay you more for the second visit to ensure your(s and mines) cooperation. It's terrible but business is business 🤷🏽♀️ Don't be late to your appointments! They have a STRICT appointment schedule and they will only allow you to be late up to 5 minutes (supposedly the questionnaire app will lock you out). Lastly, you will periodically be emailed bonus coupons. Use them! Mention that coupon when you are doing your vitals check. Good luck!

This place has a horrible track record. First of all if the management wanted to fix the issues they would call the customer, not post a half hearted reply to each bad review. This place has a horrible track record of customer service. I have been donating plasma for years. This company is new to California. They are opening more and more clinics. Here is the problem they have many new inexperienced phlebotomist (people who stick the huge needle in your arm) they will use you to train them. That means they will stick your vein and do it wrong. This has happened to me 3 of the 6 times I have donated. What this means is : 1. It can be very painful 2. It leaves a huge bruise and a bump injection spot that takes weeks to he al so you have a funky bruise and sore on your arm. 3. Then they will attempt to stick your other arm and if they mess up twice ( which they do) you will have two messed up arms 4. If they mess up they will not pay you more than 20 bucks when you were supposed to get 100. If you complain to the manager you will be told that you can either accept it or not come back. The manager there will be very short and rude to you. The only positive is that it is a nice facility and the pay for the plasma is a little higher than some of the others but not all. Personally I am going back to my previous clinic because of the danger of hurting a vein with inexperienced staff and rude employees. I will take a little bit less money in place of safety and positive polite staff any time. Getting blood work done is serious stuff be careful where you go. The manager April is argumentative and defensive regarding feedback.

Hi Kelsey, You can find our New Donor coupon on the homepage of our website and you'll see the payout specifics when you click on the link. Thank you!
Hello, A plasma donation will typically take 1-2 hours. Your first visit will also include a physical, so we recommend planning for 3-3.5 hours (as you will do your questionnaire, physical, and then donate). Thank you!
1st donation u can show up and they will show u how to make a Appointment for every visit but don't worry the appointments are easy. U can basically set the appointment when u get there Everytime just like " showing up". Easy bro. No you don't need to know ur blood type. Just make sure u eat a full meal and drink plenty of water. August 28th the new BioLife opens up in Pomona they are doing a $1100 bonus. Say I referred u 🤣 Gilbert Rojas 🤗 enjoy Juan.
Explain deferred status

Depends on how many times you go a week and how much you are able to donate. And also, sometimes they have special offers or promotions where they pay you a little extra.
We are so happy to hear this! Thank you!
Yes
You are not donating blood you are donating plasma. The blood that is taken from the body is returned to the body before you leave.
If you received a Covid-19 vaccine, there is not a deferral period to donate plasma as long you feel well and do not have a fever.
