Why is it so hard to hire people who understand real life situations. The people at all the FedEx stores I went to in Olathe & Lennoxa were difficult to work with and had an ever harder time solving my shipping needs. I’ll just stick with USPS. THIS WAS AN AWEFUL EXPERIENCE.

Nothing slows down a FedEx packages like seeing the "LENEXA, KS" stamp show up on the tracking info. I feel for the locals, because I repeatedly have packages change from arriving early to arriving late all as they pass through this terminal at glacier speed. I will go so far as to say this terminal has cost FedEx my companies shipping business. As a rule I like FedEx more than UPS but we are sticking with UPS and USPS as our methods for outgoing until we know we won't have to deal with this location.

Drivers/ delivery persons are lazy and not smart. Our package was supposed to be on January 28th, nothing came, I checked the tracking and it said they didn't have my apartment number, but on the shipping receipt from walmart, it showed every detail. They promised the next day delivery, nothing came. The tracking said "customer was not available". I was home all day waiting for them, no one rang the bell. The delivery person was just too lazy to go to my building although we put in the building address, he went to the Leasing office building which was closed on weekend, then said no one was there for delivery.

Great to work there if you wanna be fit and want an open schedule, kinda. The people there are super nice even the highers ups and sometimes they pass out snacks! It gets super dupwr hot in the summer so I'd bring lots of water and I heard the busy season is very hectic. I've only been here for a couple weeks but I think I'm gonna like it here, also there lots of benefits and opportunities to move up!
