You need to have a dealer's license it's not open to general public
GSA sale which is a government sale at KCI is open to the public otherwise you have to be a car dealer register by the state you live in to do business with this auction

I believe you have to have a dealer's license or know someone who has one in order to buy at this auction. I'm not sure of the cost of getting a dealer's license
