My son and I just drove 20 minutes to get here and we showed up at 7:55. They close at 9:00. The employees said "oh we're closed". I asked why they closed early and he said "there's not enough business". Apparently my business isn't good enough for this place. I'm extremely disappointed and I was excited to have some father and son time tonight

Showed up to the window at 630pm for the driving range and the guy behind the counter wouldn't sell me a bucket. Said they stopped selling at 630pm which is exactly the time i was there!!! What a jerk. Their closing time is 7pm. Update your hours if this is how you treat your patrons.

We went over the summer, I'm just getting to leaving a review. I'm giving 2 stars because the facility is really nice. However the customer service is non-existent. We won't be back after our experience with the batting cages. The guy was very rude when telling my husband he had to wear a helmet. It does state it on the sign by the cages, but we have never had it enforced before. Our kids wear helmets when they hit, but playing on an adult recreational league you are not required to wear a helmet so we do not own adult sized helmets. And obviously neither does this facility. The guy working there gave my husband a helmet to use that was clearly too small, and when my husband asked about another size he was told that's the biggest they have. It wouldn't have been so bad if the guy working hadn't been sooooo rude about it!
