Friendly and thorough service at Mower Doctor. I am definitely a repeat customer as long as I have mowers that need work!♡♡

It took a week and three phone calls just to get an estimate on a rough-running John Deere lawn tractor with mower deck. Two filters were determined to be the issue. I was charged double what JD charges retail for the filters, $50 to change them and it took another week to swap them out. It was done on the following Friday night, but no delivery back available until Monday. I borrowed a truck/trailer and retrieved it myself. Had to ask to have the delivery charge removed…..Slick. Yes, it was all washed, but it still runs poorly. I CAN WASH IT. I extrapolated out the time, hassle and cost, and proportionately it would have been cheaper to just buy a new one. Now I have to go to the dealership. Nice enough people, but probably should stick to what they sell. (And get a new calculator too- yours pads a bit!)

Dave the service manager here is incredible to work with! Wish I could give him more stars! Sent in my mower for the yearly maintenance and a defective part they ordered went bad. They came back and picked up my mower same day and Dave made sure that I was taken care of on all of the charges. Only place I will take my mower.

Bought a $6000 mower from them. Then took my Craftsman weed whacker to them and they charged me $110 for new fuel lines. That's all well and good, but when I got home the rope wouldn't pull. Took it back and the said it started fine when they started it to test it. Did not do this in front of the customer. They said it was a very expensive repair to fix pull rope. All I know is the rope worked when I took it in and when they gave it back it was broken. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Update - I tried to finesse the rope back in and now the primer bulb squirts gas, and it started, but the throttle doesn't work and kills it. Rope still will not retract. Got it back in worse shape than when I took it in. Update .... In response to your reply.... Did the primer bulb not squirt gas when you started it? How did you get it started if the pull rope was stuck? And... Why was I not told of the above issues when I picked it up?

Lynda: I would have to say no, depends on more specifics. We carry zero-turning radius mowers that aren't necessarily small. However I can get a 36" ZTR mower with a grass collection system. Just call (913) 533-2303 and ask for Sales Dept. Kim
No Michael. Sorry, don't know how old your post is. I just saw it today (1/23/18).
