Went to drop a saw off to be repaired and called ahead of time, then when I got to the store they didn't know anything or care .. They are not in any rush to help. . Nice guy, proficient, very helpful. Second, tractor got flat tire. . .Brought tire to dealership at the end-of-the-day. . .Zack fixed it on-the-spot. . .He stayed late. . .So impressed.
