Exonerated in Municipal Court on 3-2-2018. It was demonstrated KCPD officers used poor judgement according to my take on what I heard happened. My 33 years in corrections suggested this. Assessing a situation is paramount in this process, not all of that comes from training a lot depends on the life experiences and judgment of the person.
