Having a difficult time even scheduling immunizations. No call back after voicemail.

Wouldn't let me get a second booster, was told diabetics are no longer considered immunocompromised. The ADA didn't agree, was able to get one at CVS.

Everyone has always been so nice! I've always had all my questions answered. Everything from adult & kids shots, adults, kids Dental & WIC, to getting your food handlers license! And that's only what I know of! A++

Notes for anybody that's getting their vaccine here. It's a little bit hard to find, even Google wanted me to go to the fun run. Instinctively, somehow, I knew that vaccinations weren't happening at the fun run. If you're following your Google go a little bit farther than they tell you and it's a large brick one story building on the north side of the street. When I walked in for my appointment there's a check in at the front, and they want to know if you have downloaded the mobile check-in app. I had no idea what they were talking about, and neither did a few other people in line with me - so if you can find it make sure you download that app first so they can check you in. At that point they will send you back outside and call you when they are ready for you. You will then stand in a line to fill out your paperwork and double check that everything is correct. From there you will be directed to another room where they will take your information and you will sit and wait until a nurse is ready for you You then go into a third room that is set up very similar to a blood draw. They'll ask you a couple questions and you get a shot in the arm No big deal. And then you have a seating area where you're supposed to wait for 15 minutes before you leave ensuring that you do not have any ill effects from the shot.

I have the same question. When did u ask ur question? I 1/5/2021 I called the health center but NO answer! Ended up leaving a message and my contact info. The question is....how long before someone returns the call??????
You may have to wait a few weeks but yes
No time
I don't know, I know they have the moderna and Pfizer vaccines.
They do an assessment via phone call
I think it was $10-$15 can't remember but you can call and ask
Sam Rogers does they are located in Health Department
Marriage certificate at city hall only birth certificate and death certificates at public health
Make sure you have entered your interest at the Health department website and be patient 🙏. They will start phase 2 in 2 weeks. Check your email and spam folder.
I am not an employee of The Clay County Health Department but I am someone who is currently going there for WIC and regular Doctor visits so I am solely giving information based on what I know about The Clay County Health Department and I do know that they don't help with signing up for Medicaid that I am aware. I do know that if you have access to the internet you can easily apply for Medicaid by visiting this website www.mydss.mo.gov, once there click on the option to "apply for medicaid" and this website will direct you to the medicaid website where you can apply online from there and if you should ever need assistance with the application there is an option on there to get help as well. I hope this helps you and answers your question.
The dental services are provided by Samuel U Rodgers Health Center and they usually do see patients with pain. The same day. They open at 8 AM.
No
So you have a couple of options. If you are seeking a women's health exam with pap, Jackie is the NP on the health department side. She is excellent. If you are looking for a work physical or checkup for chronic problems, Samuel Rodgers Health Center is co-located and Greg the NP there is also great. Bottom line, give them a call and they will get you set up to see the right provider.
Yes
Nope. Best local resource would be Tri-County Mental Health or Synergy Services. Also consider Cornerstones of Care or Children's Mercy.
Need to go to Family Services in Liberty or look online.
Most everything is by appointment only except walk in STD testing on Wednesday's
No, we do not do vision screenings.
So hold up. A few questions above this one answers the same question about birth certificates totally different. When asked above about BC’s y’all answer, yes we do BC’s but it may take several weeks now the same question is being answered that y’all can print them out the same day.!? So which is it
As long as the child was born in Missouri, you can obtain a certified birth certificate at any Missouri Vital Records location. If you are in or near Clay County you can come to the Clay County Public Health Center to pick one up. We will need your picture ID, but nothing for the child. There will be a short form to fill out, they are $15.00 per copy, and we should be able to print it and send it with you.
