I love here 2 yr the new manager lied to get me evicted and said I owed rent when I didn't pay rent it was a mistake from the utility company when I first moved in that I had to call them and go back to their recordings to verify that they put the lights in my name and I would constantly be harassed about this hundred and $52 and then she took me to a court to evict me saying I agreed to pay $110 plus late fees equal 152 which was the amount of the light bill and do to me not properly reading the paper and sending my response to their lawyer and not the court also they ruled in her favor and when I called to try to get the situation under control and offered to pay the rent or whatever she still refused to let me pay the money and evict me and my four kids when I'm not even from Kansas I'm from Michigan and I told her I will have nowhere to go and she still refused to come to any kind and agreement when she lied on the false pretenses to the court but I am following up with the court for a lawsuit and the thing is I loved my apartment I'm a person who stays to myself so what goes on outside I didn't care about I stayed inside and minded my own business but because of the experience with the new manager I give it a one-star

This complex refused to let a family enter the premises and gather children’s belongings when the mother of the children passed away. They changed locks and refused to allow them to get the kid’s clothing, toys, anything. Now 30 days later they choose to say everything will be trashed unless they pay the complex and have a lawyer. Ownership should lose their licensure and management should be fired. This is vile and despicable behavior.

I can all that happens. They have installed cameras in there now. It's always been like that for as long as can remember. I lived out in 1977 or 1978. The daycare was run up the off then to. It was fine a little bit for the kids to play outside yet you still want that watchful eye on them. I go out to pick up a friend out there this is why I'm doing this because really nothing has changed.

The current manager Denise Taylor is racist. Trying to evict whites. Gave us a notice saying we did not pay our rent. I found the rceipt saying i did. She also said we havent been keeping up the cleanliness of the place. Well our place is clean. She wants us to do the baseboards and walls. Well we have disabilities preventing us from doing this. I spoke with other tennants who stated that she sends out notices saying she is going to show and doesnt show untill the 4th one. Other tennants stated to me that she is a bad manager and should be fired. I agree. She is trying hard to evict us over nothing. But yet she wants to keep the drug users and dealers. She is very racist and has in the past made it known by making crude comments to white poeple. Not acceptable! And their kids. She hates animals too. Poeple are moving out do to how bad a manager she is.
