Came in with my sister-in-law so she could do a temporary change of address starting the next day so she could pick their mail up at the post office for the next two months. Individual behind the counter looked the card over and said it was good. Five days later go to pick up mail and woman behind the counter was very rude to us. Said only the supervisor could check to see if they had a change of address on file and they were not there and we would have to come back Monday. Reason she had the change is because she's staying with my husband and I who live 50+ miles away. So basically they are not reliable and provide rude customer service. Too bad they don't privatise the post office because this type of service sucks!

When I arrived there were 3 people ahead of me, and the line took less than 5 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and the courtesy.

They constantly lose my packages or put them in the wrong mailbox. When I call to resolve my issues the people are always rude. Today I called twice about my missing package and the first lady couldn't even find my package and told me to call her back but isn't it the companies job to communicate? The next lady told me the system wasn't working and that she'd call me back which never happened. Great to know the company doesn't care about our money. Please learn some customer service.

The worst Post Office is Belton. They are lazy, have excuse after excuse, I have delivered mail and packages to my neighbors, because they cannot seem to read or get it right. I have called and get rude, unprofessional, lying, disrespectful, useless people who all claim to be the Supervisor. The Postmaster is never available or there. The postmaster does not return calls or fix any of the issue's. I think today was the most ignorant excuse I have heard yet....."well I don't get my mail delivered right either". Is there anyone in charge that can actually step up to the plate and speak properly, handle problems properly? I am tired of my packages being delivered to someone else. I with my own eyes watched the long blonde haired gal drop mail and drive off. where I live is one way in one way out and its 10 miles an hour, they drive 25-30 miles an hour they don't care not their neighborhood. There is mostly elderly people in this community and the mail people have no concern for anyone's safety. I expect some sort of revenge it would not be the first time!

Talk to the postmaster and let them know
All placement of mailboxes must be approved by the post office
Since Raymore still has their own post office, I'll doubt that either cross carry mail. But I'm not sure on that.
That definitely will require a visit to the post office to fix, I suspect.
Yes, today is a holiday.
Put your name on some part of the mailbox, even if it's an index card taped where she can see it.
If its a " official USPS box you must go to the Post Office with proof of residence and identification for further assistance. That is the case in Utah.
