I been a patient for years and i can tell you they are the best and would help you in any problem concerning your health, very emphatic and the offices are clean plus they are fast attending so you won’t be waiting long period of times they are very organized and more! I’ve been going here for my first pregnancy. Staff was amazing and loving but I recently went to confirm my second pregnancy. After confirming, I became very nauseous due to my pregnancy. I was unable to keep anything down for two weeks and I also got Covid. I was calling the office nonstop because I had an appointment that day and I wanted to inform them about being positive for covid but no one answered. They finally called me back to tell me I missed my appointment and I told them why. I also wanted to see if the Dr can prescribe me anti nausea medication and she said “you’re pregnant?”. I was so confused on how she didn’t know I was pregnant.. I said yes and explained to her how I haven’t ate in 2 weeks and she said “We can’t see you. Drink water and take vitamins. If it gets bad go to Hialeah hospital”. I was in shock how that was her response...I ended up going to Miramar Memorial because I couldn’t even keep water down. I changed Ob’s so fast! I never got her name but wow I wish I did! Nothing against Dr. Carlos Rodriguez but this staff is TRASH!!!!!! They also need to hire people who actually know how to organize appointments! There’s no reason why pregnant women have to stand in the corner of the lobby because it’s too crowded. Hire someone that knows how to schedule patients and timing.
