Website says they deal with gold and silver and the site says to call with any questions. Called twice to ask if they have any gold and/or silver. Got hung up on both times for no clear reason. Originally thought the first time was a mistake, after the second I just realized that’s how they do business. Weird.A call to our place should always mean plenty of friendly, accommodating service on the other end, and I'd just like to apologize if a potential mistake caused a bit of a delay in getting your questions answered.
