This condo(was at Carol bay) has the potential to be really great...But it does need major updating. It was very dusty,holes in walls and even had some black mold! Really needs a deep clean and renewed with updated decor, but location is good.

Liked · Location was ok. Not a fan of 3rd floor and no handicap parking spaces available. Disliked · Door locks were terrible. Master bedroom unlocked when we arrived. Constant nagging to sign waiver. Dirty utensils and dishes. Unclean wall and a Filthy bathroom shower door. No ice or beach umbrella for a beach??? Unheard of and super hot week . Only offer was ice tray and not a place to put them. Fridge and AC had change filters. Booe Reality did not address this or me paying for ice and umbrella rental. Kinda sad.
