Not only that the procedure he performed to me didn’t work when I requested and paid for my medical records to be released to another Dr they never sent it. The results was just amazing. I had a back discomfort for a while, but since middle 2019, it went from discomfort, to pain, to complete stiffness and I could barely walk. I tried a chiropractor that helped a little bit but the pain was still there. I went to a doctor that recommended physical therapy, that helped a lot with stiffness but not with the pain. When I did the stem cells procedure with Dr. Castellanos, the results were amazing. I felt better right away. Now, after 3 months of the procedure, I have no pain whatsoever. I can move freely now. It gradually got better and took 3 months for fully recovery, with no PT or medication. I highly recommend!

From Regina at the front desk who does everything to make you feel welcome, she does her best to get you in and out in a timely manner and is extremely efficient to Flavia who is always so patient and helpful, her sweet smile is so friendly. Rodrigo, my buddy who really takes his time to ask how you're feeling and how you're doing. I have been going there for almost 8 years and the entire staff is so wonderful they really make me feel like family and truly care about my well being! Hello, si se puede, yo tuve 3 operationes en el shoulder esquierdo y otra vez tuve ruptura en el labrum y tendons y ligaments. I was seeing Dr Castellanos for many pain management issues left shoulder, neck , left knee and back, I had a bad motorcycles accident and then a auto accident and after many surgeries on my left shoulder it tore again and Dr Castellanos introduce me to stem cell I had it done plasma on my left shoulder and after 3 weeks it started feeling better and I was able to avoid surgery again now I'm going to do stem cell on my lower back to repair a disk.
