I've been going here for like 5 years now Dr Raul Chow and his staff are the meaning of excellence they attend me properly they care about my well-being and if I'm late to my appointment they still receive me with open arms they don't make me feel like a patient they make me feel like family. Ps people stop putting bad reviews on something that is not true they are good you're probably just mad because you want certain control substance and they don't easily give them to you you have to have a serious problem for that I appreciate them

I've been a patient there for over a decade. They used to be a 5 Star pain specialist. However over the past year or so it has become downright awful. Each time I go I leave thinking all is well only to realize the next day it isn't. Usually concerns prescriptions having gross errors written up by frazzled employees. I know many people have left. I agree sadly with the other comments. Not sure what to do as all but one of my prescriptions are controlled substances with nasty even serious withdrawals. I love the fact they kept me out of a wheelchair. I thought the problems were because of how unprepared they were for Covid19. But well over a year later, come on. Just wish that they would /could get it together. Actively looking for a different doctor .

If you have Aetna Healthcare Insurance you be seen by there Doctor??
To Philip: First of all I must say I am very sorry you had a bad experience with S. Miami Pain Center. I've been going there for over ten years. I know from experience how difficult it is to be nice and polite when you're in pain. However I have never heard any employee start a conversation in Spanish. I've only heard employees reply to a person who has spoken Spanish first. Even the receptionist starts her conversation in English. Now the patients in the waiting room is another story. I like to imagine being on vacation in a foreign country. Or I don't have to listen to other grumpy people complaining, moaning and groaning. Speaking on behalf of the staff I love them and the doctors even more so for providing me a huge improvement with not only pain relief but range of motion. With that said I truly hope you feel better and have a beautiful life.
