I just have to say you guys are amazing here. My husband who works out of town stayed here for 2 months while on the road. He said it is the cleanest place he has stayed at for the price we paid weekly. He never once seen any bugs and that is amazing. He stayed in a 3 bedroom condo style room where the kitchen, bathroom, and living space was shared. At first we were a little worried about this but his room had its own lock to keep his things safe. Also there was a special key just to get into the building which was a plus. He got lucky and had great roommates while here. You can’t find a place as reasonable as this was with a full kitchen either. Every time I called to pay the weekly amount the owner was extremely nice. I hate he is having to leave just because now where he is going will be double the amount we paid here and it’s only 2 hours away for his next job. THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING SO GREAT AND HAVING SUCH GOOD PRICES!!!!

PAY NO ATTENTION to Jordan Walshingham' and Vito Knowles' reviews below. i know the whole story behind both incidents and their stories are bogus. I stayed at North Washington Extended Stay for four months and it was absolutely perfect. In fact, I left to stay with a friend in Orlando for the winter, and the owner, Mike, drove to the airport 45 minutes away without charging me--the second time he did that for me. You can't beat this place for value and convenience. It's clean, it's safe, it's peaceful, and when I return to the Pittsburgh area in the Spring, this will be my first stop until I find my own apartment. If you need a temporary place to live anywhere near Pittsburgh or Wheeling W.V. you can't do better. A cheap room at a Motel 6 costs way more than North Washington Extended Stay, and you get way more here than at any motel. Mike and Cindy--who keeps the building immaculate--are the nicest folks in the world. For the oil & gas workers in town, you'll love North Washington Extended Stay. I do!

The greatest landlord we have ever had paid us our deposit and even paid us back for our time we didnt stay in the room prorated a really nice small community of locals as well willing to help out. I would definitely recommend this if you are out of town looking for a place to stay for awhile. Fully furnished tv also have options to stay in a 2 seperate room sweet with a common room and a 3 bedroom deluxe with a common room. Great service one of the most hospitable places ive been to

This place has a very nice staff, however when they were filled up the owner of the building allowed me to rent a place on hiSaturday personal property. When I moved out he promised my deposit of 700.00 back and will not refund it. I would be very leary of these people they are really shad and will keep your deposit.
