While I'm sure they are just following procedure, it seems they only do it when they choose to. I was told that I couldn't pick up mail that was sent to my house because it had someone else's name on it. I have to wonder why I get mail every week that has neither my name nor address on it. Maybe they are the only ones allowed to make mistakes.
