Nope. I ONLY go here if I have to. It seems like the USPS keeps getting worse, and the customer service here is just horrible. Be willing to wait a half hour to pick up the package that “missed” you while you were gone…no one here is ever in any kind of rush and there are usually homeless people hanging out. If anything go to the USPS on Robinhood.

You try calling the customer service phone #, no one answers. I was calling because I didn't receive one of my letters. They are very short staffed. They have the same not so customer friendly clerks at the window for a very long time. I don't know why they don't hire more front end window clerks.

I was not surprised to see the poor reviews. It is always unpleasant when I have to go get my mail from my box. The employees are rude and incompetent. My packages from Amazon is delivered there but I’m changing that so I don’t have to wait in line forever at the window and deal with employees who act like you owe them money.

I sat next to my front door with it open so that I won't miss the package delivery. The usps tracking system gets updated and says a delivery attempt was made and a notice was left at the exact time I was sitting and waiting by the open door. I checked my mail-box just to be sure. No notice there either. so this courier is either a lazy liar or an under-qualified delivery person that can't read addresses.

Depending on what you need, the counter staff is there until 5. The pickup window (gray door) is 4:30, the postal lobby to get your mail & use the kiosk closes at 6 PM. (This is Monday through Friday hours, Saturday is totally different, and I don't know those). It would be nice if they'd list these things.
Sadly that is normal wait time when calling the post office. The quickest way to get answers and solutions is by sending an email and reading thru the FAQs on the website. You can file a complaint on the website as well. In my honest opinion, placing outgoing mail in the receptacle these days is a gamble. Too many people stealing mail and commiting fraud. I find piece of mind that my bills and other various outgoing mail is sent by driving once a week to the post office. This is to ensure it doesnt end up in the wrong hands.

Ask your management. If they tell you to go to the Post Office, they charge for a lock change, it should be management to provide all keys! USPO charges $50!!
