got a notification to go pick up a package at the post office, once i got there i was told it wasnt there and it was being delivered the same day. the mail driver didnt even attempt to deliver it, just left a "sorry we missed you" notice IN THE MAILBOX which isnt even near the house meaning they didnt even try to deliver it. i now have to go back to the post office to go pick it up. this post office has a no fs given attitude

Worst experience ever. Sent an international letter with quickest delivery which is 3 to 5 business days and cost almost $70 but extremely disappointed that today is 11th day and that letter is still jumping around different airports. Go for DHL and UPS since USPS needs many more years to figure what to charge and how to serve the customers or how to improve the delivery process.

Ive been to most of the Post Offices in stockton and i can t say Ive found a bad one although the one on Arch Rd has limited service like NO MAIL BOXES OR DROP OFF SLOTS FOR AFTER HOIURS DROP OFF AFTER 5PM ARCH RD. But its general services are suitable during its normal business hours. I have family who work for the USPS but this does not color my opinion in the slightest

Carrier Beat on door CANT SPEAK ENGLISH IN Stockton Ca. CANT GET A AGENT ON PHONE . NO LOCAL NUMBER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Recording just like SERVICE COMPREHENSION PROBLEMS.
