My mama goes to Dr mala and we have a wonderful experience and with her. But unfortunately her receptionist Suzy hasint been too friendly at the front. Mama and I are peaceful quiet people and Susy the lady at the desk was on her cellphone one day and seemed to be bothered when we asked her a question. Even over the phone she was somewhat bothered :(. It made us wonder what we did ? Over all we love dr mala she a sweet dr.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! I am a registered nurse and my husband went in for a regular check up and to renew his BP medications. First of all, I had to tell her what to assess and what interventions to provide. Second, she prescribed him a strong diuretic without warning him. I blatantly said NO to the medication and she went ahead and prescribed it anyway as a combination medication with his BP Med. Thank God I checked before he took his blood pressure medication because he could’ve ended up in the hospital for a significant drop in BP. She prescribed it without warning and if I had no idea about medicine my husband would’ve been in the hospital. She is a negligent doctor who deserves her license revoked!!!! I have already filed a comping with the board of medicine in the state of California.

We relish this opportunity to brag about our Doctor Sabita Malla. She has been our (wife and I ) physician for about a year. As well as being very thorough ( rashes to overweight) and conscientious, In the first 3 or 4 visits, she reduced my wife's blood pressure by some 30 points AND took her OFF 2 meds. She asked Pertinent questions, and Listened to the answers......often giving some choices, as well as the preferred or standard courses of action......Very Satisfying to be involved in your own health decisions. I have been a diverticular disease patient since 1992, and although she did have a lot of good information, she recommended that I see a specialist. Flash forward to late July and I am having a severe diverticulitis attack at Mayo hospital. At some 2.00AM, they call her........because the specialist didn't answer......not only does she personally answer, she lays down exact and specific instructions for the staff......they thanked her profusely, just like I did. The office staff is friendly and super helpful.......also polite, just like the Doctor. Kinda rare these days, We like it a lot. We will continue to see Dr. Malla for as long as she will see us.
