Do yourself a favor and find yourself a doctor that does TMS that cares about you more than your pocketbook. This office has a very horribly run staff. In my experience the staff has been a unknowledgeable rude and they left me hanging when I needed them most. Just not a good fit for mental health.Try to find help somewhere else I know it's hard especially when you need help. I admittedly did not try TMS there. I never got a chance too! I went to this office for 5 years and always paid my bills. Even after they were very terrible to me. I started with great psychiatrist But they kept leaving and I couldn't figure it out So after that I started looking at the reviews and I saw how many they buried. The reason they have so many reviews is because they're so busy Burying them look at them compared to all the other psychiatrists the other psychiatrist reviews! It certainly appears like the quality staff leaves because of the horribly run office.

Absolutely terrible do yourself a favor go get real help from real doctors. If you are lucky enough to happen upon a good doctor here they will leave they will not last. Doctor Mendiola runs a poor practice and he doesn't care about mental health That's why all of his quality staff leaves him to do yourself a favor and go to somebody that cares. Every time there's a bad review they try to bury it with fake good ones. Go through the reviews and see all the thumbs up on the bad reviews. If you were treated terribly here I am sorry it was not your fault and you need to go get real help From a real doctor that really cares about your mental health not how much money they can make off of you.
