Absolutely incredible people / service / products. I have always wanted a pool table but didn’t know that much about exactly what I wanted. I was determined to call vendors, ask questions, learn then buy one. First call and actually my only call, I called OC Billiards. Sonora was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, accommodating and took the time to literally listen to me. From there she took everything we discussed and recommended the table that I now have. It was exactly what I had pictured before ever calling them. It’s actually even better than I pictured. Me and my family are so stoked on our new table and literally Sonora made it happen. She didn’t pressure me, she did some research and called me back and we bought the table. I was so comfortable in dealing with her and her recommendation that I did not make any more calls. I had just spoken to the best (Sonora)so why would I need to make any more calls. The table is here - their installers were superb the pricing was unbeatable and in the end I also spoke with Robert (The Owner) and he too was a true professional. If service, quality, honesty, integrity and price is important to you then make OC Billiards your FIRST call. Chances are it will be your last as the are unbeatable.

Robert has helped me on multiple occasions. He's redone cue tips, cue shafts in the middle of tournaments, and hooked it up after my cues were stolen. If you want quality service with some comic relief, Robert is the guy to go to! I only trust him with all my pool/billiard needs.

I had a new tip put on my cue by Robert today and it was a very pleasant experience. There was a variety of tips to choose from and it was cool to watch him do the repair. We talked pool for a while and I ended up learning quite a bit from him. I wouldn't hesitate sending anyone I know here to take care of their billiards needs.
