Absolutely worst service ever! Non apologetic, rude employees when they mess up! Had an employee yelling at me because I was misinformed by another employee. Don’t waste 20 minutes here. Drive down the street and get decent service! I will be sticking to Dutch Bros from here on out!

I’m not sure why my order is always wrong. I literally ask for iced coffee and they give me a hot one. I ask for cream Cheese with my bagel and they give me butter. Not to mention that they take at least 20 minutes to have the wrong order ready.

This Starbucks is always a good choice, drive-thru, located in the Walmart shopping center across the Toyota Moss Bros dealership on the corner of Eucalyptus and Moreno Beach Dr. right off the 60 Fwy. Fast and efficient service, have always gotten my order right which is a plus. Drinks taste as they should and food is fresher than other locations I've been to. Doesn't have comfy, cushioned seats for those who like to stay and study/work. Plenty of parking.
