If you’re thinking about going here, go! The food was amazing. Their impossible burger was delicious and so savory, and their dinner rolls were made of dreams. The best part was their boysenberry pie. We got ours topped with ice cream, and never in my life have I been so in love with a dessert. Absolutely incredible food, and great staff. Lovely people.

This was my first time eating at this establishment. I was greeted by 2 different people once I walked in the door ( an employee named India and one of the managers) very friendly staff, Angel was amazing, one of the friendliest, informative servers I have had. Will be eating here again for sure!

I came to Polly's Pies for a early lunch with my best friend. We were seated at our table right away, the host, Holly was very welcoming and had good energy. My friend and I ordered the "Polly's Palmer", that is a Lemonade with diced strawberry in a simple syrup, with Black unsweetened tea on ice. Once you mix that all together you really get a one of a kind refreshing summer inspired drink. The presentation of the drink itself was quite lovely. The strawberry syrup was laced around the Mason jar glass and the layers of the liquids were starting to settle. Once you mix this drink well the sugars in the syrup do a great job of sweetening the drink but not too much. Just right. The Mason jar was a cute touch. Our server and waitress, Miranda was able to create every edition of the King Edwards club that was this was one of my favorite items to order. She had informed me that Polly's Pies ® had recently taken the item off the menu. Miranda proposed that she could have the chef make an order of the turkey sandwiches with the add-ons bacon and sliced avocado on Sourdough bread. I used to order fries with the King Edwards club so she added fries to the order as well. The "King Edwards Club" was an BLT, with Cold cut Turkey, sliced Avocado sandwich on Sourdough bread. You could have this sandwich toasted or regularly served. I did notice the fries were reduced from their original portion size. I assume this is to combat the issue that was prevalent for about 2 years where the customers weren't able to finish all their fries in their meal. My best friend ordered the Polly's Patty Melt on sourdough bread. He was pleasantly surprised to see that once played it the patty melt had Parmesan encrusted Sourdough bread. The patty melt was warm when served. My friend really enjoyed the sandwich as he forgot to ask for light onions however it had the perfect amount of caramelized onions. Miranda proposed that she could have the chef make an order of the turkey sandwiches with the add-ons bacon and sliced avocado on Sourdough bread. I used to order fries with the King Edwards club so she added fries to the order as well. Miranda is knowledgeable, socialable and welcoming. I felt she truly put her energy into making sure I had a great dining experience. I appreciated her attention to detail as well as the product knowledge on the menus and prices as well. For dessert I ordered a Oatmeal Raisin cookie, my good friend ordered the Peanut butter with Chocolate chips. His cookie was rich, soft, moist and chewy. My Oatmeal Raisin held shape, not too sweet prepared oats, I believe a hint of honey and raisins. I always look forward to dining at Polly's Pies because of their great customer service, welcoming energy and good food.

We ordered the Thanksgiving meal, chicken fried steak meal with mashed potatoes and French fries, rolls and corn bread, and macaroni and cheese. Meals were ordered to go since dine in closed at 4 pm. The turkey meal - The potatoes and gravy, turkey, and stuffing had good flavor. The turkey however could have been a little bit more moist. The meal was missing the cranberry sauce that was listed on the menu it came with. The green beans were our least favorite part of this meal. The green beans had a fake grill like after taste which did not resemble the bacon flavor at all advertised. The chicken fried steak was medium in size, crispy on the outside, not too chewy on the inside, and mediocre in flavor. The French fries were shoe string style being a few mm thick. Fries were very crispy with not much soft chew on the inside. Fries were not overly seasoned and would be perfect with any dipping sauce. The mashed potatoes was my husband's favorite part of this dish. Mac n cheese amazingly tasted like water, I'm not sure how that was even possible because you could visually see the stringing of the cheese. Every fork full had loads of cheesy strings as you pulled the noodles apart. If you took a bite of just the cheese with your eyes closed you might catch a hint of mild mild mild mild cheddar. The cornbread was very enjoyable. It was nice and moist and a good portion. The rolls were decent and had a nice springy bite to them. They had good texture. The meals had small portions for the cost of the meal in comparison to other restaurants of this genre.
