I had an amazing time today! This is the second time I rented a jet ski here. I've rented at other locations and DMV Jet Skis are by far the best place I have ever went! I definitely recommend them!

They are scammers here ! They will over charge your credit card then fight for you not to get your money back !! SUPER RUDE Edit. We had an email confirmation of a booking. Found your store closed when we arrived and you refused to provide service and refused to give a refund. On top of that, you lied to the credit card company when we disputed and said “ we had a good time” when we never even rode the jet skis.

While the people are kind and good at what they do, the equipment does not work well and is dangerous. Upon getting out on to open water, the jet ski would slow down and then rocket forward. One of the guides said that it was a proximity …Jesse, you are absolutely right that your ski should not have been acting this way. I understand your concerns and wish our staff had done a better job at addressing this. We inspect our jet skis often to ensure they are running properly, the ski will slow down if you get too close to the shore line or other Jetkis‘s to prevent accidents.
