Please dont move here! If i can give no stars i would. I moved out in august, in have called multiple times regarding my security deposit it is now the end of November still no answer from the manager. The one time i did get in touch with her(liz) she was rude and had an attitude. She act like she knew nothing about what i was talking about even though i spoke to her in October even emailed her October 15th. They literally are so unhelpful. Not only are they bad about returning calls but my car was broken into twice while living there and all they said was sorry there’s nothing we can do about it! This place is a joke! Suppose to have security but all they do is roll around once super early in the morning then never come back! Oh in the back gate was always broken. Please save your money and move somewhere else!

This place is a horrible place with horrible people living there I don't know how it's still in business but if you have the chance and the choice STAY AWAY for your own good. I'm only giving this place 1 star cause I do t know how to give then 0 if that's possible.

I don't like how tenants are explaining their troubles, sounds terrible! I write this message to push for security forces. As it had a few years ago. People are being held at gun point after stepping outside. The only way to fight back, is to carry your own gun. But than that exploits a hole new mess to take care of.

I am new to the area and I went in today to rent an apartment and the asain lady working the front desk was too lazy to show us the available unit. She said “well im going to lunch in 10min so i cant show you the avaialable unit.” We were polite and my wife continued to inquire about the rental and the lady was short with discussing details about the unit and wouldnt even give us an application. I just feel like she saw us walk in and saw two gay women and completely refused to help us at all. I just laughed and continued to smile all while watching the other agent in the other room, clearly not on lunch either, not offer to help us at all. There was no one else in the office, we were the only potential residents there trying to apply. This type of behavior/lack of customer service shows the true colors of this management company. I also wondered why the agents felt so bougié, and why their noses were turned so far up, I drove up in a brand new car and I make well over 4times the rent. I immediately went over to the Mountainview Townhomes and the lady was about to go to lunch as well, but she was polite and showed us the unit without any judgement or malice towards us. Sometimes all it takes is customer service. Id go somewhere else anyway after i am seeing all of these other bad reviews as well. Also crime rating for this location is very high after i am doing this research. Good thing they were rude to me.
