The heat in the rooms are ridiculous ... Turn on the air as much money you want for the rooms you should have No problem turning down the air so that your guest are comfortable. Twice now I will not be back.

Negative: The directions need to clear as behind the Best Buy. GPS did not work. Hotel staff was very helpful getting us there. Everything turned out great

The staff at this location are excellent, everyone was professional, friendly and accommodating! The hotel's main areas are beautiful and clean, and my room was clean and comfortable! There was a little place in my room with the wallpaper coming up, but comparable to some of the other hotels in this area, this place is the best hands down. I also had a nice beer and bite to eat in the lounge area and was very comfortable there - also coffee/yogurt in the morning, and that was also very good! (check beforehand on how to pay in the lounge - I don't think they take cash). I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk employee Jalen was very helpful with check in and providing a list of restaurants in the area as my family and I were traveling and not familiar with Waldorf MD. Overall stay experience was horrible, rooms out of date, little to no food in the market, lobby is a wreck and needs a major update as it look like the hotel is falling apart. Shower needs a major upgrade and carpet needs to be cleaned. I’ve been calling to speak with the manager Tracy for days and I either get her Voicemail or she’s not in the office from other staff. With the hotel being in as bad shape as it is you would think she’s either in office to speak with guest or at-least return a phone call.
