Service was a bit slow but customer service was good. Do not order the Thigh Bites. They only contain may be 20% or less meat, the rest is garbage. Some bites didn't have any meat at all. It was a complete disappointment and waste of $7. No dine in. Open till late night 11pm.

This was the most unpleasant experience at Wingstop!! It was my sons Birthday, so I ordered online in advance, so that my ordered would be ready by 5 pm. I get there the order wasn't ready. Yes, they apologized and gave me a discount. I get home and we have raw wings. I hope your corporate office sees these pictures. Your lucky we didn't get sick. I took that survey and hope someone has the courage and decency to call me back.

I ordered a door dash and they didn’t put any sauce on the wings when I called in she demanded that I bring the chicken back in order to replace it. I cannot make it to the store at the time and I paid extra for delivery. She didn’t not seem to care that I paid extra for delivery and it would defeat the purpose if I had to come into the store to get it right this moment as I am working and cannot leave at the moment. I suggested that I take photos and come back later and she refused. Extremely rude and non helpful. I asked to speak with the manager and she notified me she is the manager. Any establishment that does not care about customer service should be steered away from. Proceed with extreme caution.
