5 stars for the food and the service, but the mood is set to low as though it actually deserves a 4 star rating because the staff aren't bringing their best. I am not torn about the 5 stars given, but comprehensive in that my rating is not total.

I was at Boston Market around 11:30 am on 3/24. Neat and clean place and fresh food. The Manager was training a new cashier with knowledge, patience, and kindness. Also, she took time to walk me through the side dishes for it was my first time there. The young man who was serving the food did it with care and cleanness. He even brought my take out order to the table I was waiting for. I had 1/2 Sweet Thai Chicken with red potatoes and mac and cheese. Delicious 😋 Outstanding customer service and yummy food. Highly recommended to visit!

Though I had to wait 20 mins, it was worth it. Their chicken pot pie is so delicious and it came with corn bread. Felt like a home cooked meal. Customer service was also well, I was told to return in 20 mins.

I ordered the chicken pot pie with a side of Mac and cheese. The food was just ok, the cornbread was the best, and the chicken pot pie was so bland. I ended up finding a good sized bone in my food and the manager offered to make another but my appetite was done after that. I asked for a refund on the pie as I could tell the meat wasn't the freshest either. I did get a full refund but I don't think the value of the food matched the taste.
