I used to really like Macaroni Grill. This particular location in Redlands just got their third strike visit. I would give them zero stars if that was possible. Took forever to get get our food in an almost empty restaurant. There were four in our party. My food must have been sitting in the pass for a long time because it was completely cold. Had to beg for refills on water or tea. I didn't dare send it back because took so long to get our food in the first place. This is the third time this has happened at this location. The management is terrible and they really don't care. We had one experience where the lady next to us slipped on the floor and hit her head. Instead of moving us they left the big puddle of blood on the floor next to us and then later came in and mopped it up with bleach. It wasn't the lady's fault at all but just an example of how lousy the management is at this location. I will drive a lot further than go to this location again. We are very patient and tolerant, which is why we went back, but never again!!!!

I am so pleased with this location I have been coming here before the pandemic and now that everything has kind of ease down I am still pleased and my family continue to come here. Food is great and service is great. We all have to be patient as that many places are understaffed. But I didn't feel that they took a while. Atmosphere was good.

Had no expectations but the stuffed mushrooms were bomb. Everything was delicious and the servers were wonderful. Definitely would go back!

So I had been bragging to my brother how awesome this place was and I was disappointed, no music no energy from server hostess or even the chef’s as if they were all hung over. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and I come here all the time I was very disappointed. The noodles were over cooked the shrimp wasn’t well done and the mushrooms were just way too much with the only dish I order Shrimp Portofino since like 2003 just saying. I really was sad this has happened and I am sorry I will not be back here again. Just not a good experience for my brother
