I LOVE it here!! I just moved to the neighborhood and was impressed as soon as I walked in. Very friendly greeting, the store is immaculate and stock is great. The groomer was so sweet, accommodating and gentle, my baby loved her. The gentleman at the cashier in the pet store was so genuinely friendly. Chatted about all of the great spots for dogs around the neighborhood and even gave my babies a treat! Definitely got way more than I expected and will be a regular for sure! Highly recommended

I just love Urban Pet here in silverlake! They have a wonderful selection of cat food row after row and everything healthy for your little Fur friends for dogs it seems to be about 90% of the entire store! The staff are very kind, courteous and super personable. This is one of my go to spots on a monthly basis. If you're in Los Angeles in particular East LA silverlake area stop by and make some good choices with some good healthy pet foods. PS, I happened to be there on Easter and one of the employees told me that there was an Easter egg hunt within the store and to keep my eye out for hidden eggs. Sure enough I found an Orange egg and upon opening it I received a prize of 1 year free membership which entitles me to 5% discount on all items! Wow that really made my day! Thank you to the management!!😁✌🙏🎸💲😻
