It was $50 exact for my mom and I (including tax and tips). We had a small appetite for this meal because it was mid, had to take about half to go. Service: 9/10 The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the service takes a bit long even though there were not many customers there at 2pm. Cleanliness: 6/10 We sat at a booth, the table and seats looked clean but the forks and plate looked questionable. Atmosphere: 8/10 Awesome design! It’s a very cozy place, even the waiting room is very comfortable. Food: 4/10 Unfortunately it did not taste as good as I expected. I had really high hopes for the BBQ lunch combo. Pulled pork: 3/10 Could not find anything special about this pulled pork. It was greasy and bland. There’s not much flavor other than the sauce on top. Thankfully we had bottles of barbecue sauce at our table. Brisket: 5/10 It could use a lot more moisture and seasoning. Once again, thank you sauce. St. Louis Ribs: 7/10 I liked it! Not the best ribs I’ve EVER had but it was good. Mac and cheese: 7/10 Solid mac and cheese, not soggy Garlic mashed potatoes: 2/10 Needs more garlic! Biscuits and apple butter: 4/10 Didn’t really understand the hype of these. I was super excited to try, but it’s just a biscuit that’s sweet.

I was there for an informational meeting by the Neptune Society at 2pm. It was slow (past the lunch rush and before the dinner rush). Service was very good, friendly, not pushy and the food (pulled pork sandwich w/fries) was good. Their Original bbq sauce had a slight bite to it but was very good. I rarely ever give 5 Stars and if I come back here more I might give them 5 Stars. The place was clean, neat and the staff friendly and professional. A few of the staff were wearing masks and the others were not. They have a patio that is enclosed and you can take your dog to the patio (dog friendly). Our server was named Jose and was really friendly and nice. ;)

Attempted to have dinner as we walked in there were 7 employees at the counter, when we walked in and said party of 10 a guy with glasses made an annoyed face. 10:18pm yes they do close 11. The guy said we won’t be able to sit you together as all of our large tables are taken, I asked what about if we split he said no we wouldn’t be able to accommodate that either. So we were about to leave when we saw that there were several tables empty…. At this point we didn’t want to dine in where we weren’t welcomed but I had to tell the manager. She came out quickly and apologized saying that she would be able to sit us. Unfortunately at that point after receiving that treatment we didn’t but definitely needed to let management know how their employees were making annoyed bothered faces while at work.

Food is good drinks are great there sweet tea and there lemonade are delicious check out the pics BTW THEY ARE EXPENSIVE next question is it would I come back NOPE
