Another Filipino restaurant in the West Covina area that I normally go to ... love the Bibingka and the pancit Malabon. Staff here are not so friendly but yet I come here for the food.

Their food is consistently good for nearly 40 years. They were crowded with all tables occupied and many were taking food to go including us. We got enough food for several meals and some deserts all excellent.

Food is good, but they need to upgrade their customer service skills. I once called to place an order 30 minutes before they closed and i was told they couldn't do it because they were closing in 30 minutes....?? really? I thought customer's were first priority - guess not. On another occasion, I called to place another order and the phone kept ringing until i got the answering machine, with no option to leave my name and number. When they improve the customer service experience, I'll add the extra two stars - earn them well and you'll get your reward and maybe even get new clientele.

I finally found a Filipino restaurant that has an excellent restroom. Keep it up. Foods are great too.
