Very friendly staff. They notify you when the job is done. Very clean store. Been there several times and only had to take one phone back only because the screen they ordered was defective when they recieved the screen and they ordered a new one right away. And you dont have to wait long for an appointment to get your phone fixed. I got 3 appts in a row for the work to be done.

On Friday I walked in and Eli greeted me and ask me how he could help me. That was the beginning of a great experience! I was asking about some thing that was not common or an easy problem to fix and Eli did his best to try to help me without giving up which he easily could have. Instead he went the extra mile to help me with a smile on his face and treating me like a very important customer. I highly recommend these people for any kind of phone situation you might have.
