We received excellent service from the staff at MotivWerks. Our 1991 Honda Civic Wagon died and would not start. They were able to provide service right away. The staff diagnosed the problem, obtained the needed parts and provided us with a free loaner vehicle while the repairs were being done. They patiently explained the problems we had and walked us through the repair process. Our car was returned in great running condition, after which they texted us to make sure our car was running properly. All staff were courteous, competent and professional throughout the experience. We also received their great warranty. We plan to stick with MotivWerks and highly recommend them.

I am a repeat customer, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation the first time I made an appointment. They found a major issue with my breaks and fixed it in the spot. The second time I went my vehicle was making a weird sound the tech came out with me to hear what has happening and found and fixed the issue with in 5 minutes. I also like when ever they find something they bring me out and show me what they found and gave me all my options to make the repairs. Did not push anything on me and let me make the decisions to make the repairs. This is what keeps me coming back I know I’m not going to pay for un needed services and the guys explain everything in detail. They completed all my services while I waited and get me in for appointments very fast

We needed an oil change for one of our vehicles, and an initial call to another ( closer) garage got us a nontrivially higher price quoted, and when I asked him how busy he was I was told that he was VERY backed up. By contrast, when I called these folks not only was I quoted a very reasonable price, I was also told that I could get it in right away. As in today. So off we went. In addition to the oil change some other stuff was looked over at our request and we were advised. Service was prompt and friendly, and I have no hesitation about going back here again or recommending them to others.

After many years looking for a good, honest place to get my car worked on… I discovered MotivWerks! Very easy to book appointments and they have incredibly strong communication. Honest about what needs done, what may need done down the road, and how much it is going to cost. Every staff member that I’ve spoken with is friendly, patient, and makes sure to answer any question that you may have. Very professional, kind, and honest- things that aren’t the most common, but very much appreciated. Thank you all for everything. So glad I started coming here for my inspections and when work needs done.
