The service at this store is terrible, you can not get anyone to even answer the phone. I had ordered a bike to have it delivered. Found a better deal elsewhere and tried to cancel the order. I had over a week before the delivery date. Apparently that was to hard to do, so it was delivered anyway. Now I am trying to return it in the box, course i can not get anyone to answer the phone. Poor, just plain poor !

I used to frequent this supercenter weekly, but adjust over 2 years ago it took a turn for the worst. Employees in almost every store location are extremely overworked and under appreciated which often leads to then being rude and very unhelpful. I have visited a few times over the last 7 months and nothing seems to have really changed. My hope for this location and many others is that they'll be able to find managers and employees that are compassionate to each other as well as provide a more appealing work place allowing it to be a more pleasant shopping experience. 2/10... for now. Will edit if I see improvement.

I can't say I ever enjoy going to Walmart due to environment created by other customers, but as far as Walmart's this one is decently clean and organized. So just avoid going there on heavy consumer days, I'm slow days it's just a casual walk through a cool store with cool stuff.

Walmart is traveler friendly, Tv's regularly parked 1-2 days, as long as out of the way
I'm not there very much; call customer service.
If from one of Walmarts vendors from on line, or with the app. Just go to the front center of the store, Customer Service.
They also carry the memory foam which is really nice

I think they will exchange without a receipt up to 30 days. After that you have to make a warranty claim with manufacturer (which is reasonable)
No, we did sell the heads for a couple months but I think that was just a Halloween thing.
