I can say without a doubt that the care I have seen on the 3rd floor of this facility is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I have seen the staff get into residents faces and scream at them, as well as grabbing them and pulling them around when they won’t come voluntarily. They do not care about the dignity or the rights of the residents and it shows very clearly. They verbally abuse them and not one person does anything to stop it.
