The apt is new, but you could hear the footsteps upstairs clearly when you stay here. You will know exactly where the upstairs residents are, since you can hear the sound of them pacing back and forth clearly. If you care about noise, choose top floor or don’t stay here.

Great place to live and relax. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable and willing to go proverbial extra mile. This Blue Bell complex is located close to prestigious communities like King of Prussia, Horsham, Abington as well as turnpike highway. My very clean 2-bedroom apartment comes furnished with well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TV in every room, and is complemented with gated garage - all ready to move in. Simply love it.

Amazing amenities, superb staff, this place has it all! Though the rent may be a little high, you get what you pay for! I am very glad to be a resident here since I have been here for about 1 year, and plan on living for many more!

Amazing place to stay. We stayed for 9 months and enjoyed a lot. Beautiful apartment, whole ambience, the friendly staff, the gym, yoga studio, cardio room and the pool. There is so much about this place that I am sure when I think of downsizing my house Ave will be first on my list to move to! I invited lots of my friends when I was there and they all loved it!
