I came when the store was opening, hoping to beat the crowds and get some one on one help with indoor house plants. I don’t know much about houseplants and need some guidance for pet friendly, asthma reducing, air cleaning plants. I was inside for over twenty minutes, was not greeted, was not asked if they could help me, nor asked I was looking for. I finally got angry at the lack of customer service and left empty handed. I don’t stop by places just to look. They lost an easy sale this morning.
