I found the snowboard of a lifetime available for pre-order on the Blauer Board Shop website (and no where else) and had a few questions. It just seemed too good to be true. Dustin emailed me back right away, eased my worries, and when I got too excited and ordered the wrong size, he fixed it for me and sent me a new invoice right away. I haven't received the board yet, it is pre-ordered for September, but my experience so far has been amazing and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for big time stock with small shop customer service. Will update when I receive the board.

Superb customer service! Greeted right as we walked in and asked what we needed. Super nice lady at the front desk. She helped handle the paperwork for the board and boot rental. About $40 altogether with the upgraded package. Very fair pricing. Got boots, then headed over to the boards. Guy was very helpful with choosing a board and also realized wrong boots were given (basic vs. the paid for upgraded) switched them out promptly. Would definitely recommend for a rental. Atmosphere is great and they also have a lot of merchandise.

I never really write reviews but wanted to for them! Purchased my first pair of snowboard boots from them online—after submitting my order i sent them an email to see when the estimated arrival day was, and received a prompt and friendly response from their team. It ended up arriving even earlier than predicted, which just goes to show how quickly they took care of it. Out of all the other shops that had the product i was looking for, i selected this one due to pricing and variety of options, but wasn’t sure about the shipping- but now If i ever need to purchase more gear, I’ll feel comfortable purchasing from them and would recommend it to others. On top of it, they took the time to write out and send relatively detailed and human-friendly instructions with the boots. Thank you guys!

They have used boards but in great condition. Also most of the stuff online in my opinion might not be in stock. Its best to go to the store. Pricing is very reasonable

Our Ski packages include skis, boots, and poles or you can also choose skis and poles only. Our Snowboard packages include snowboard, boots, and bindings or you can also choose a board and bindings only.
They try hard. Can't say that all the patrons do, though. And it's not a large building
Hey Bo, Yes we do have the largest demo fleet in Big Bear! We apply any demo charges towards your purchase as well if you do decide to buy a board after demo. We generally only sell demos once our retail stock is sold out, but we would be open to checking out all options for you when you come in!
We have a few completes for sale and we can also set up anything that is not already set up for you!
