Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any hardware store hands down. I understand that they have to lock up a lot of things due to theft, but waiting 25 minutes for assistance is ridiculous. But that isn't the worst of it. Prices online on their OWN website are almost always cheaper and they will not price match themselves. I will repeat that, they will NOT price match themselves. I had a talk with the manager of the store and not only did he have no solution, but he seemed to be perturbed that I would have a problem paying more money. My solution, I purchased the same item online while I stood in the store 5ft away from the product I wanted after waiting 25 minutes for someone to retrieve it. 10 minutes later they were able to fulfill the order and I walked out with an item it should have taken 5 minutes to purchase. Hour of my time wasted, and much more frustrated than I was going in. You want to know why brick and mortar is dieing? Management like this, and corporate policies that make it harder and more frustrating to do business locally.

I have never written a review. The service by the customer service associate Ace over the past week was exemplary. I created a nuisance for her by constantly reducing my order because of my own miscalculation. She was always (four interactions) understanding patient and helpful. She has a great personality and she is personable and accommodating to each of the customers I saw her interact with. She will do well in whatever career path she chooses, if HD is wise they will promote her and do what it takes to retain her. I have no doubt she will continue to be a strong asset to your company.

This is probably the best staffed and stocked Home Depot's ever. The helpers were wonderful and prices great considering everything. Bought the messy great stuff. Always wear protection. You know! It helps prevent accident.

Well-ran Home Depot location. The shelves are usually packed, even through the pandemic, and they always have seasonal items and sales. Best place to buy BBQs, supplies, etc.. We have bought the following from this location for years: wood and lumber, lawn care supplies, sprinkler supplies, plumbing, pool chemicals and supplies, holiday decorations, tools of all kinds, and even tool rentals. They also always carry amazing Halloween decorations every year, which is awesome! Don't know the manager, but if I did I'd say 'great job'! And Keep it rocking! 🤘😼🤘

Always SAVE your receipts. Which as much theft and dishonesty nowadays everyone has to have a receipt. For TAX PURPOSES you should save all receipts for anything you purchase that will add value to your home. You will be able to deduct any receipts for home improvements from your CAPITAL GAINS TAX when you sell your home. No matter if it is plants or light switches, paint etc.
I've never known of Home Depot to provide this service but they do sell "rebar" in different sizes and there's different types as well. Hope this helps with your question. Have a great day 😷
