Fairly new owners for about three years plus and has been one of the worst. Drop 3 dogs off at 9:30am, it’s almost 4 PM and we were the second ones in line because they overbooked which is not my problem. I won’t be coming back.

Terrible place sold me dead worms. Justin attitude sucks. never going back. Called a customer ignorant for asking if they could get their item they had purchased. wanted the customer who paid already to wait until he cleared 5 more customers, so i was called ignorant Infront of 6 other customers for asking can I have my items. Never cussed at this man. This go was frustrated for being under staff, and clearly took it out on a person who was patient to let him take more customers. Justin should be fired or trained on customer service. instead of coming around the register and saying I have to deal with ignorant people, he should of said i apologize sorry let me get your items. No customer service what so ever.

I went there to ask about my dog losing his hair around his elbows and knees they offered me a organic saave to rub on him that was all natural and was safe incase he lacks it, it was made from lavender, eucalyptus and chamomile.... it stopped the redness and now waiting for his hair to grow back...

The staff is amazing and have a good sense of humor... I bought my first B. Smithi here, she is healthy and well tooken care of by them I will definetly be coming back for my second tarantula here!!

They have bunnies, but not all the time.
They do have some limited vet services but only on certain days
I do not think that they sell dogs here, I've only been here a couple of times, they do have dogs in the back, I think it's for grooming services though

Their bird selection is pretty general. Parakeets, cocktails, canarys are what I've seen. You can request it and they should be able to get one for you. They are very helpful like that.

Our cat also has diebetes. I give her her insulin while she is eating. As time passes, your cat will get used to this. And you will get better at giving shots. Our cat is super skiddish and it was a HUGE challenge at first. Now she expects her shot and meows nonstop if she has not received it yet.
