There a lab place just like any other lab place. No complaints. But they do close the whole place down for one hour. (for lunch from 11am-12pm) so if you come in right before 11AM expect to be waiting awhile

This Lab Corp was one of the worst medical experiences I have had to deal with in my 62 years of living. This disrespect my wife experienced because she was born in a different nation was appalling. The two billing clerks made her pay in cash claiming our Anthem was not a PPO because it was not printed so on the card. My wife asked them to call to verify using the number on our card. They refused and I quote. If you want to call you can. I asked to speak to a superviser and was refused. My wife three days later is still waiting for the result of a urine test. This office, its management and those two disrespectful employees need to be terminated. I do nor recommend this lab to anyone. Especially if you were not born in the US and speak with an accent. My wife was treated with disrespect and no care at all. I am ashamed this happened in America.

Originally I was going to head out to the LabCorp in San Bernardino but unfortunately the location was closed. However, the Redlands location is a hidden gem 💎 the staff( Nydia, and Dora) are wonderful, quick and efficient even though it gets super busy they work together as a team and get you on and out. Sonia on the other hand was an amazing individual and technician. I had a lactose test which involves 5 blood draws and I did not feel a single one! That's how excellent she is 👌! Sonia is an amazing asset to this company and deserves recognition for her hard work 💯. Thank you for all your help Ladies 💕

This place is usually busy but the staff is great and I always come here. I’ve seen Sonia multiple times at this location and today she drew my blood and it was a very calming experience. She made sure I was okay at all times her arm is very light while taking blood she doesn’t put much pressure which makes it way easier and calmer. Thank you labcorp Redlands and a special thank you to Sonia 🙏🏻 For taking all that blood and making it as easy as possible.
