A little hard to understand how items are organized.. this store is undergoing renovation which may be the issue.. been a long time since I've been to any Nordstrom, liked what they had out but customer service doesn't appear to be anything like it used to be.

Went to Bazille restaurant inside Nordstrom at the Thousand Oaks mall. My review is mixed. First the good: the crab bisque is excellent as are the cilantro chicken lime tacos and the crab mango avocado salad. Their cocktails are well made and the Cream Brule is one of the best I've had. Now the bad: seating in the booths is ripped apart on the seat bottoms and should have been addressed long ago and I noticed the same on some of the chairs at tables. This is Nordstrom not a 24 hour coffee shop in the seedy part of the San Fernando valley. They keep changing the menu and getting rid of exceptional items and replacing them with mediocre ones. For example crab cakes gone as is the scallops with lemon risotto and other items. The dessert, they removed the raspberry chocolate mousse cake which was later brought back due to demand and removed again. I don't know if the company is struggling financially or if there is simply and idiot in charge. Consistency creates comfort for customers, they should keep that in mind. I used to come in once or twice a week now it's once every couple or 3 months and I look at the menu first to see if anything is left that I want to eat. I can tell they're not as busy as they once were which will keep there staff looking for better jobs. I think corporate management better wake up and get a clue.

This Nordy makes in-person shopping fun again. Customer service is great. It's one of the few brick and mortar stores I actually look forward to going to. Returns are really convenient.

Very chic clothing and shoes abound at this Nordstrom location nested in Oak mall of Thousand Oaks. Top most designers all under one roof plus they have clean restrooms and a cute cafe where you can purchase nuts for mere 2.25 $. I would buy some shoes next time wish they open a electronic boutique or something to buy good electronic products.
